Attorney - HOA & Collections Litigation | Denver, CO
We're seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join a well-established legal team specializing in HOA and debt recovery litigation. This role focuses on representing community associations in the collection of unpaid assessments through legal proceedings, including judgment enforcement and foreclosure actions.
Compensation: $60,000 - $130,000 Bonus
Benefits: Full benefits package
What We're Looking For:
Licensed in Colorado with 1-3 years of legal experience in collections or related litigation
Strong knowledge of FDCPA and relevant HOA laws
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle high-volume case management efficiently
Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management systems
Key Responsibilities:
Case strategy & litigation - Manage a high-volume caseload, oversee pleadings, and conduct hearings/trials
Judgment enforcement - Handle garnishments, interrogatories, stipulations, and foreclosure proceedings
Legal research & compliance - Stay current on relevant statutes and regulations
Client relations - Provide case updates and strategic guidance to clients
Business development - Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives
