- 3-7 years of litigation experience (state and federal)
- Strong presentation, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Elite attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Salary range: $120,000 - $200,000, based on experience
