Job Description : Boutique Labor and Employment firm in El Segundo seeks an experienced Bilingual Intake Specialist to join their team. The ideal Bilingual Intake Specialist has demonstrated knowledge in obtaining declarations, has worked in an intake capacity within a labor and employment firm for 1-3 years, and can write and speak fluently in Spanish.
Bilingual Intake Specialist Job Duties :
- Handle a high volume of calls to conduct client intakes and gather declarations
- Track, manage, and complete client intake and declaration processes
- Oversee lead follow-ups and retention efforts in collaboration with attorneys and investigators
- Maintain and update all client interactions within established guidelines, spreadsheets, and software
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to discussions
- Assist in developing and executing quarterly team objectives and key results (OKRs) and providing meaningful input during meetings
- Contact and meet with potential clients and declarants, both in person and over the phone, to collect necessary information
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold strong public relations
- Organize and manage electronic case files and documentation
