What You'll Do :

• Develop Growth Strategies - Identify and execute innovative strategies to expand the firm's client base and market presence, with a particular focus on the NY / NJ region.
• Build & Strengthen Client Relationships - Foster lasting connections with attorneys and key clients, conducting needs assessments to align firm services with their evolving demands.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Stay ahead of industry trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Craft Winning Proposals & Pitches - Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that attract and retain top-tier clients.
• Expand Industry Presence - Represent the firm at high-profile conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance visibility and build valuable relationships.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with attorneys, practice groups, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with the firm's broader strategic goals.
• Track & Optimize Performance - Monitor business development activities, analyze ROI, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
