Large plaintiff litigation law firm located in Century City is seeking a client intake specialist to work their weekend shift. As an Intake Specialist at our lemon law firm, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance with their lemon law cases. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information from clients, assess their cases, and determine their eligibility for representation by our firm. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless intake process and providing exceptional customer service to individuals facing issues with defective vehicles.
Schedules for this position
Tuesday - Saturday = (Tue - Friday 11 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Wednesday - Sunday = (Wed - Friday 11 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Requirements for Client Intake Specialist:
- Intake experience, call center experience, or receptionist in a law firm experience.
- Flexible schedule to work two different weekend shifts.
- Follows directions and ability to be agile.
- Extreme attention to detail with a sense of accountability in their output.

Temporary to hire position $58K salary upon hire with competitive benefits package.
