Prominent Southern California defense litigation law firm seeks talented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Litigation Paralegal must have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Ideal Litigation Paralegal will assist in all phases of litigation in both federal and state court from initial pleadings through discovery, eDiscovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal. Litigation Paralegal will handle commercial litigation defense cases. Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate are required.
