A a premier Southeastern law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling complex construction litigation cases, including disputes involving cases involving contract breaches, construction defects, payment disputes, delays, mechanic's liens, and workplace injuries.
Candidates must possess strong litigation skills, a proven track record of delivering results in high-stakes matters, and excellent client communication abilities. A Florida Bar license is required.
