Contract Manager

Are you a dealmaker with an eye for detail? We're on the hunt for a Contract Manager to join our team and keep everything running smoothly from start to finish! You'll be the go-to person for all things contracts - from drafting and negotiating to making sure everything stays on track. Think of yourself as the contract superhero who protects the company from risk, while ensuring everything is fair and square!

What You'll Do:

• ✍️ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other cool partners.
• ✅ Ensure all contracts are compliant with company rules, legal standards, and industry regulations.
• ⏳ Stay on top of deadlines, renewals, and expirations like a pro with an efficient tracking system.
• 🤝 Work hand-in-hand with our awesome legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth sailing.
• 🧠 Offer advice and creative solutions when contracts hit a snag - you've got the expertise to keep things moving!
• 📝 Help develop contract templates and best practices to keep things fresh, fast, and consistent.
• 📈 Track contract performance and make sure everyone is holding up their end of the bargain.
• 🎓 Be a contract ninja by training the team on contract management best practices.
• ⚖️ Jump into contract disputes and negotiations to make sure the outcome is a win for us!

What We're Looking For:

• 🎓 A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 💼 Experience managing contracts and negotiations (you've been in the game for a while!).
• 🧑‍⚖️ Strong knowledge of contract law and the rules that govern the industry.
• 🧠 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - you've got your own system!
• 🕒 Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep everything on track like a pro.
• 💬 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.
• 💻 Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are your friends).

Bonus Points For:

• 🎓 A certification like CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager) or something similar.
• 🌟 Experience in [specific industry or sector, if applicable].
