Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contract Manager to join a growing corporation. This is an in-office position based in the West Metro.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage contract documentation, track key deadlines, and resolve contractual issues.
- Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid requests while preparing necessary submittals.
- Assess customer creditworthiness and review modifications to contract templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel on contract-related matters.
- Lead or support complex negotiations and guide teams on contract best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance contract efficiency and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, leasing agreements, and risk assessment.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
