A distinguished full-service law firm client of ours is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney to join its New Orleans office. This role focuses on representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, with a strong emphasis on employment litigation. Responsibilities include handling claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace-related issues before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of dedicated experience in employment litigation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and effectively
Must be licensed in the state of Louisiana
