Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership with Georgia State Bar Association
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and relevant labor laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative agencies
- Detail-oriented approach to case management, including document review and legal research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 5 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation and counseling.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
