Job Description
An insurance defense firm seeks a motivated Law Clerk to support personal injury litigation in the Irvine office.
Responsibilities :
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, declarations, and discovery requests.
- Research laws, statutes, and precedents to prepare legal memoranda.
- Organize and summarize case materials and evidence.
- Prepare trial exhibits, binders, and motions.
Qualifications :
- 1st or 2nd-year law student.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal court rules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and self-sufficient.
Required Education :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Current law student.
