Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm to find an experienced Legal Administrative Manager to support three of their office locations. This key role is based in Denver and involves overseeing the day-to-day management of a 20 member secretarial support team, including Legal Administrative Assistants, Legal Executive Assistants, and Administrative Coordinators. Responsibilities
Operations :
- Maintain an in-office work schedule and manage overtime as needed.
- Ensure appropriate coverage for the Secretarial Team from Monday to Friday, including weekends when necessary.
- Oversee attorney / secretary assignments, including reassignments and new hires.
- Coordinate back-up assignments for absences and schedule additional support as needed.
- Review and approve timecards, confirming time off and overtime.
- Manage vacation and personal leave requests and assign desk coverage appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors of Administration.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
