Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Real Estate & Corporate litigation, including business, contract, and real estate matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in general civil litigation, including business, contract, and real estate matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams on case development and litigation strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with 5 years being ideal.
Strong understanding of business, contract, and real estate litigation.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively within a team.
Admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience ($115k-$135k, plus bonus potential).
Medical benefits are fully paid for.
Hybrid work option may be available
