The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation and at least four years of relevant experience. This position requires someone licensed to practice law in Colorado who thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide counsel and advice to clients on complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and achieve client goals.
- Appear in court and at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado (in good standing).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
