Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and manage internal databases.
- Organize case materials : exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs.
- Assist with discovery requests, witness prep, and jury selection.
- Subpoena records and prepare medical chronologies and analyses.
- Summarize discovery, document productions, and conduct background checks.
