Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a national employment law firm to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Denver, CO. The firm specializes in representing individuals and workers in employment law matters, including discrimination, whistleblower, severance, and noncompete issues. - Manage the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings and motions.
- Ensure compliance with civil procedure rules and calculate and calendar deadlines.
- Provide general paralegal support, including organizing and managing case files.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.
- Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
- Experience with legal document preparation and document review.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure rules.
- Experience in preparing pleadings and motions.
- Proficiency in calculating and calendaring deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred. Equivalent experience also accepted.
- Experience in employment law is a big plus.
- Must CURRENTLY reside in the Denver metropolitan area. Out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
The firm is offering a base salary of $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience and comprehensive benefits package including:
- Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 15 days of PTO.
- 401k with 3% employer contribution.
- 12 weeks of parental leave.
