Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will support all phases of medical malpractice cases, from consultation to trial, ensuring clients receive the justice they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases
Conduct legal research, review medical records, and work with experts to build strong cases.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the MN State Bar
3 years of experience in medical malpractice law.
Strong trial experience and ability to handle complex medical cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases.
