Associate Attorney
- Manage a caseload of medical malpractice and premises liability cases with minimal supervision
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and prepare motions - MSJ work is important
- Participate in mediations
- Prepare for trials
- Minimum 3 years of defense litigation experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of case files is critical
Salary Range : $140,000-$185,000
Bonuses : Discretionary, typically 8-10K
