Our client, a premier commercial real estate, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Finance Attorney to join their team in Denver, CO.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in commercial real estate finance, with a strong background in representing institutional lenders. Candidates with experience handling acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent loans across a variety of asset types-including multifamily, retail, industrial, undeveloped land, and office properties-are highly preferred. Experience representing borrowers is a plus.
This role requires exceptional writing and communication skills, the ability to manage complex transactions, and a strong academic background.
- Represent institutional lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions.
- Provide legal counsel on acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
- Handle transactions across multiple asset types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and undeveloped land.
- Assist borrowers in navigating real estate finance complexities.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare critical transaction documents.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate finance.
- Significant experience representing institutional lenders in complex transactions.
- Familiarity with various loan structures and asset types.
- Strong academic record (GPA of 3.7 preferred).
