Senior Litigation Paralegal - E-Discovery & Trial Support (Remote Optional)

AMG is partnered with a national firm, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive paralegal with at least 5 years of litigation experience . This role requires strong collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage complex litigation cases from pre-litigation through post-trial motions .
Location :
This position is based in San Diego , but can be performed remotely . Legal Experience in Califonia is a must.
Salary & Benefits :
95,000-120,000 (compensation based on experience, skills, and location)

Key Responsibilities :
Case Management - Handle cases from pre-litigation through post-trial motions
E-Discovery & Document Review - Manage complex document review projects and ensure compliance with discovery protocols
Trial Preparation & Support - Prepare trial exhibits, privilege logs , and provide courtroom support during trial
E-Filing & Discovery - Draft pleadings, file documents electronically , and coordinate depositions
Client & Witness Communication - Maintain regular client contact and obtain necessary case documents
Subpoena Preparation - Prepare and serve subpoenas in state and federal courts
Legal Research & Strategy - Assist attorneys with developing case strategies and conducting legal research
Deadline Management - Track and maintain critical case deadlines
