Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a growing law firm in Brentwood, California, to find an experienced Trial Paralegal. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the litigation process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in preparing for trial and discovery proceedings.The ideal Trial Paralegal candidate will have at least 3 years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience and a proficiency in propounding and responding to discovery and preparing for trials.ResponsibilitiesPreparing written discovery, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions.Drafting and serving Notice of Settlements.Compiling document productions with bates stamping.Preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits, binders, witness lists, jury instructions, etc.Communicating with clients, particularly regarding discovery responses.Work EnvironmentThis position is fully on-site in Brentwood, California. The work hours are from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
