What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - PRN position at Adams Memorial Hospital?
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides daily resident care that is person-centered by customizing care as much as possible. The CNA takes into consideration each resident’s ability to make their own choices and having control over his / her daily lives. The CNA works under the direction of the LPN / RN and assists the nursing team in maintaining the nursing and resident units. Duties may include but are not limited to : bathing, feeding, passing trays, making beds, assisting with ambulation, I&O, weights, and vital signs. The CNA is responsible for charting any care given to the resident. The CNA is expected to follow the instructions issued by the physician or licensed nurse according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements :
First & Second Shift Available
Every Other Weekend
Valid CNA license in the State of Indiana
BLS / CPR certification
