Role Description:
The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Adams Ranch office. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this full-time position requires a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization operating practices and record-keeping systems
- Work closely with the bookkeeper to oversee financial operations
- Track stocks and investments, including dividends, buying/selling, and gains/losses, and properly record them in QuickBooks
- Serve as Human Resource Director, maintaining all personnel files and handling HR-related tasks
- Oversee and assist with employee benefit programs, including health insurance, profit-sharing accounts, vacation time, etc.
- Plan and coordinate company meetings and events, including Board of Directors meetings, Stockholder meetings, and the annual Bull Sale event
- Act as the primary liaison for the Adams Ranch Board of Directors and Stockholders, managing board member terms, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and recording meeting minutes
- Manage office communications and correspondence
- Support the CEO with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration, accounting, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online and financial reporting
- Familiarity with processing payroll through ADP, and all aspects of payroll management
- Understanding of real estate financials, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and sales tax reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with corporate offices, business leaders, and external stakeholders
Preferred Experience (Helpful but Not Required):
- Agriculture/ranch office experience, particularly in cattle operations
- Human Resource experience
- Event Management experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
