Venza Care is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Adams Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
In this role, you’ll provide essential care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while being part of a community that values kindness, innovation, and excellence.

- Salary : $13.50-$22.20 / hour based on experience
- Shift Differentials :
- Evening : $1.50 (included in pay range)
- Night : $0.75 (included in pay range)

- Shifts : Night, with rotating every other weekend
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
- Participate in community activities and events to enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
Qualifications :
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
