Position Objective

Adams Remco currently has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Sales Representative.

Essential Job Functions

  • You will seek out new customers and partner with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
  • You will conduct outbound calling every day to set face-to-face appointments, ensuring outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to a branch office.
  • You will establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients.
  • You will learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of our manufacturer's products, services and solutions for clients.
  • You will design and present solutions that will help customers’ businesses.
  • You will consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in B2B and outside sales
  • Proficiency in account management and business development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and territory management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in retail sales, cold calling, and upselling
  • Ability to conduct product demos and manage sales processes effectively

Daily Sales Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

  • Marketing full suite of business technology products. Including copiers, printers, IT services, digital message boards, presentation systems, phone systems.
  • Maintain and grow established customer base
  • Prospecting: In person, phone calls and email
  • Sales Presentations
  • Account Reviews

Requires Career minded individual wanting to step outside comfort zone, to accomplish more than you've ever accomplished.

Professional appearance and attitude is a must. Professional work habits including but not limited to: Punctuality, time management, above average common sense, self motivation, ability to work independent and with a team, ability to set short and long term goals. Desire to learn and grow your knowledge base outside of normal office hours.

Daily one on one coaching is provided to all new hires. Learn from tenured sales representatives and management to utilize best practices. Training is on going and not a two week crash course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
