The Director will supervise a team of student employees and fitness instructors, manage budgets, and oversee the daily operations of the Rex Fitness and Wellness Center. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a related field, at least four years of experience in collegiate fitness and wellness programming, and experience with facility management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
