We are a small, independent financial services firm seeking an experienced Director of Client Services (DCS) / Sales Assistant to support a top-producing managing partner . In this client-facing role , you will manage office operations, handle client interactions, and ensure exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you’re detail-oriented customer-focused , and tech-savvy , this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary client contact , building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
- Manage office operations , ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows.
- Assist with compliance and financial operations, including ACATs, Non-ACATs , and rollovers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client interactions, maintain accurate records, and support sales efforts.
- Leverage MS Office and other tools to streamline processes and communication.
- Provide sales support to the managing partner, contributing to practice growth.
