Adams is looking for a hard working, fast moving, top notch customer service / inside sales rockstar for our growing Alabama team at our office in Bessemer, AL. This positions main responsibility is to provide quotes and enter orders for our customers and outside sales team. Our business system / ERP is P21 - previous experience with this platform would put the candidate at the top end of the salary range for this position.

- Providing accurate quotes and orders to customers and the outside sales team
- Ensuring correct pricing and product information
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Providing accurately priced quotes to customers and outside sales team
- Entering orders for customers and outside sales team
- Building parts and BOMs (Bill of Materials) in the system as needed
- Accurate and timely quotes and orders (within 3 business hours of request)
- Consistent communication and support to the sales team and customers
- Up-to-date item and pricing information
- Efficient handling of customer inquiries and issues
- Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with internal teams to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Friendliness: Builds positive relationships with customers and colleagues through a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Multitasking: Seamlessly handles various customer and internal team requests without compromising accuracy or timeliness.
- Flexibility: Adapts to changing priorities and unexpected challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
