We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Front Desk team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client interface. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as requested
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (e.g., receptionist, administrative assistant)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Outlook (Word, Excel)
- Good understanding of virtual meeting applications MS Teams, Zoom
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
