Clinical Services
Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment programs for children, their families, and their community caregiversManage coordination of case management activitiesOversee a caseload of 6-8 clients (no more than 300 RBT hours) while billing 25 hours per week (bonus tiers for billing more!)Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programsResponsible for providing clinical appropriate supervision and training of clinical staffAbility to travel independently to clients' homes and other community locationsConsultation Services
Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessment and behavioral treatment programs in school, home, and community settingsConduct functional behavior assessmentsProvide consultative services to parents, teachers, and other clinical / educational personnelProvide staff training as neededResponsible for coordination of home and school communication regarding treatment programOrganize, facilitate and lead treatment team meetingsAdministrative
Effective and timely documentation skillsTimely completion all paperwork and phone contacts to caregivers, funding sources, outside agencies and schools (as appropriate) regarding treatment and development of treatment plans, goals, and objectivesProfessional Conduct

Requirements
Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related fieldBCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examinationCurrent / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst LicensureAt least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disordersExperience in behavioral assessment and treatmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with children on the autism spectrumPossess a Valid Driver's licenseSalary Description
70,000- $89,000 inclusive of weekly bonuses
