Job Description
The Respiratory and HME Equipment Technician will be responsible for ensuring safe delivery, setup, and education in the usage of home medical equipment for our customers. You will develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations.
- You will educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting.
- You will complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery, or pickups as required.
- You will assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions.
- You will process all orders in a timely, accurate manner.
- You will promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
- Entry-level sales, customer service background is essential.
- One year of military, delivery driver with sales component or healthcare technician experience is preferred.
- A valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence is required.
