Requirements:
- Provide one on one therapy for clients, implementing individualized care and treatment plans. Collect data and work with BCBA to establish and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Employees must be able to demonstrate empathy and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation, local travel during business hours may be required.
- Must be able to assist clients with adaptive equipment and sit/stand for long periods of time.
- Experience working with adolescents and adults with autism preferred.
- Availability on weekdays 9 am – 6 pm.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
- High school diploma required.
- Second language a plus.
