Position Description - Training Lead to lead the strategy, planning, and managing the development and delivery of a Oracle ERP implementation training program.

Location: Remote - Travel as Required
Job Description:
· Executed a needs assessment and gap analysis from a training perspective.
· Develop a training strategy, training project plan, and training curriculum.
- Manage training developers who will develop training materials, including: Module Presentations, Module Instructor Guides, Module Participant Guides, and Module Assessments.
· Develop and manage all training communication and documentation to project sponsors, project management and end-user population.
· Manage the training program schedule among training developers, training facilitators, subject matter experts, and end-user population.
Qualifications:
· Experience leading ERP implementation End User Training programs
· Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations is required
Software Skills Required:
· Prior experience with leading Oracle ERP Training Programs
· MS Office Software (PowerPoint, MS Word)
