Overview: Lead the Strategy, design, development, and implementation of organizational change programs related to technology and organizational design change. The business enterprise is engaged in significant technology transformation initiatives. In this role, the change management lead will leverage our Adapt® methodology to assist the client to successfully transition the client workforce to new business solutions including process redesign, new technology, organization redesign, training and communication programs.
Work Performed:
- Serve as the program lead of all change management activities that includes creating organizational change, training and communications strategies. Developing an integrated change network to support the deployment of change activities and provide advisory support in promotion of best practices.
- Assume leadership role as facilitator and coach for change management activities
- Identify and analyze the impact of process, technology and organizational changes between current and future operating environments and on all stakeholders
- Create change management, communications and training strategies and detail project plans for implementation
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and controlling change management activities throughout the client’s organization
- Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs (subject matter experts) to produce materials tailored to client’s needs including: communications, participant /instructor training materials, reference guides, job aides, desktop procedures, process maps and job descriptions
- Responsible for building and maintaining effective client teams to support the change process throughout the organization
- Monitor effectiveness of change management activities and coordinate updates to plans and activities as necessary to achieve transformation program objectives
- Participate in special design projects as assigned (e.g., develop/update change management tools and templates)
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Undergraduate degree with at least 8 years experience in a corporate or professional services environment; advanced degree or specialized training preferred
- Big 4 consulting experience with a focus on Change Management
- Strong Interpersonal/communication skills when dealing with client staff and senior level executives
- Working knowledge of change management theory, models, tools and techniques (e.g., building sponsorship, engaging employees, assessing readiness, managing resistance, building resilience)
Preferred Attributes:
- Master's degree and/or professional certifications
- Change Management Experience with large system implementations
- Creative thinking around solutions to complex business problems
