Lead UX Designer Job at Adaptiva in Kirkland

Adaptiva is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own user experience design across our award-winning product suite. You’ll be working with the Product Management and Development teams to provide crucial feedback regarding requirement definitions to ensure smooth and intuitive end-user experience for both new and existing products. This position reports to the head of front-end development.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product management and software development teams to understand the company’s core platform and its complex use cases.
  • Define the complete set of user personas for the company’s products.
  • Design the overall administrative user experience that various personas can use for performing complex tasks consisting of multi-step sequences.
  • Work with the front-end development team to guide the implementation of the product UI in accordance with your UX vision.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with UX / product design specifically for enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work with other team members and departments to successfully meet market demand.
  • Experience with complex systems and use cases.
  • Experience designing applications for a highly technical user base.
  • Experience creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using the company’s visual design guidelines and widget libraries.
  • Experience with user research and persona definition.
