Responsibilities
- Execute manual tests of software according to instructions of development team.
- Coordinate with development team in resolving identified issues.
- Subject software to performance testing and tests in different environments.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure proper documentation and resoluion of issues.
- Propose improvements to testing protocol to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Develop a basic understanding of the underlying compliance regulations that govern the software to further ensure quality.
- Participate in documentation of software functionality and provide availability to key users during new feature rollouts.
Candidate Requirements
- GED or High School diploma is required.
- Basic computer use skills are required.
- 1-3 years of experience working in quality assurance preferred.
- Customer service or administrative assistant skills & experience valued.
- Ability to collaborate and manage tasks across multiple projects, working with various staff members.
- Additional certifications, collegiate experience and personal projects will be considered.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
