We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Construction Crew Member at Adaptive Construction Solutions. This position requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, safely use hand and power tools, and work in a drug-free environment.
As a member of our crew, you will assist in various tasks such as directing truck drivers and scraper operators, working in a concrete paving crew, and using small power tools.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Follower of verbal and written instructions.
- Able to safely use hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in and promote a drug-free environment.
- Able to carry 50/60lbs of equipment and lift 100lbs.
