Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge for renovation work
- Drywall finishing
- Flooring, framing, painting, and cabinetry knowledge
- Installation/maintenance of a wide variety of accessibility products
- Perform work in accordance with safety best practices
- Document repairs and maintain thorough records
- Completion of required paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- At least 1 year of experience in Construction. Completion of an apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to use technology
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand, air, and power tools
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, and mechanical knowledge
- Lead Testing Certification (RRP) preferred or willing to obtain
- Possession of (or willing to obtain prior to start) the following tools: Screwdrivers, tin snips, pry bars, pliers (wire cutters, channel lock, & needle nose), wrenches, hammer, impact drill, drill, reciprocating saw, drywall tools, paint brush, tape measure, levels, tool belt, gloves
