Sales Consultant – Empower Veterans Through Mobility Solutions

Location :

  • Cuyahoga Falls (with limited travel)

Compensation :

  • 50,000–$60,000 base salary $24,000–$42,000 first-year commission potential

  • What You’ll Do :

    As our Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to serve veterans. Your key responsibilities include :

    Building Relationships & Driving Sales

  • Be the Expert & Influencer : Establish and nurture strong relationships with VA Medical Centers and veterans to tailor solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Connect and Persuade : Use your exceptional communication skills to inspire action, closing sales by clearly articulating the benefits of our products and services.
  • Engage with Industry Leaders : Collaborate with trusted manufacturers and dealers to ensure that veterans have access to the best mobility solutions.
  • Expanding Our Reach

  • Proactive Relationship Builder : Engage with potential clients through cold calling and creative networking strategies to expand our partnerships across the country.
  • Innovative Marketing : Develop innovative marketing strategies alongside manufacturers and dealers to promote our Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract.
  • Leadership in Action : Mentor and motivate member dealers to expand their use of ADA’s business tools, using your influence to encourage greater collaboration.
  • Providing Exceptional Support

  • Trusted Advisor : Provide guidance to dealership teams and veterans throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring a seamless experience and building trust.
  • Continuous Communication : Use our CRM system to track and optimize your sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and building lasting relationships.

    Skills & Experience

  • Proven Persuasion Skills : Experience in sales or relationship management, with a strong record of closing deals and influencing decision-makers.
  • Dynamic Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for engaging others and getting them excited about solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (training provided).
