- Seeking elite Registered Nurses with experience in OASIS / SOC / Case management for the Bastrop and surrounding areas! Previous home health experience preferred.
- This position is full time with the expectation of 30 productivity points completed per week. The clinician will be paid per point and has the opportunity to earn additional pay if the clinician elects to perform more than 30 productivity points per week.
Position Expectations :
Registered Nurse is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient"s home, including the completion of skilled documentation through Homecare Homebase
