Position Title: Clerical Administrator
¾ Time: 28-32 hours per week, work from home and/or our officeSalary:$18-20/hour BenefitsHours: 9 AM to 5 PM M-F with up to 4 hours of flexible time each week—perfect for those personal errands or appointments!
Why You'll Love This Role:
As a clerical administrator, you’ll start the process for all potential clients by answering the phones, responding to emails, doing detailed data entry and RFQ screenings, working with leads and case managers to set in-home appointments, managing medical documentation and explaining the home modification procedures to people in need of our services. You'll help families prepare for their remodels, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. What You’ll Do:
- Communication Wizard: Keep clients informed and excited, handling everything from scheduling initial consults to understanding their unique needs.
- Quality Control: Ensure data is entered correctly and completely, setting the rest of the team up for success. Documentation is key!
- Assurance Giver: Relay any client concerns to the appropriate person, assuring them that we will find solutions that keep everyone happy.
- Efficiency Guru: Work efficiently to enter lead information and medical records as soon as they come in. Get appointments scheduled quickly to expedite the process and get people the home safety and accessibility they desperately need
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A background in healthcare or medical office work. Experience in construction, particularly in residential and light commercial projects, is a plus!
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members alike.
- Organized: Great documentation habits and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Compassion: Experience working with the disability community; empathy for the challenges our clients face on a daily basis
