Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team when we open our preschool in the Fall of 2024. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to 8-12 children in a preschool classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment implementation
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions for treatment modifications
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
Skills:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
-Licensed in the state of Texas
- Experience in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and graphing techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation requirements
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
