Role Summary
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up as the second product manager, taking ownership of a dedicated product area. In less than two years, we've achieved remarkable growth, serving hundreds of customers with a clear product-market fit. You'll lead a fully supported pod that includes a product designer, a staff engineer, and a team of talented engineers.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead product discovery initiatives, working closely with the founders to align the product roadmap with the company's vision and business goals
- Craft and refine technical specifications with a focus on marrying innovation with practicality, ensuring development is both effective and time-efficient
- Clearly communicate product development status, plans, trade offs, and progress toward milestones to leadership
- Take charge of product marketing strategies, leveraging the skills of a supportive team to maximize product reach and impact
- Shape the future of the product management function at Adaptive, laying the foundation for continued growth and innovation
