We are currently looking for a Audit Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audit plans. Assess risks and create audit strategies to address identified risks.
- Review audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance.
- Conduct detailed audit procedures on income statement and balance sheet accounts as needed, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
- Understand client service relationships and leverage firm resources to deliver outstanding service.
- Actively work to strengthen client relationships and address their needs effectively.
- Participate in board and audit committee meetings, presenting findings and insights in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate and supervise audit engagements, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Continuously seek out and implement new technological solutions to improve audit procedures and outcomes.
- Draft comprehensive audit reports that clearly communicate results and suggested improvements.
- Ensure audits comply with internal policies, external regulations, and professional standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within audit functions.
