Data & Billing Systems Analyst
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas. We are currently looking for a Data & Billing Systems Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities :
Support the relaunch of the billing system , ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize billing and inventory management processes.
Develop and refine data reports using AWS, Tableau, or Power BI.
Analyze key business metrics to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain system accuracy.
Assist in automating billing and inventory reporting processes. Required Qualifications :
Experience with billing systems and inventory management .
Strong data analysis skills , including proficiency in AWS, Tableau, or Power BI .
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions .
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills . Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in medium-to-large companies handling diverse data responsibilities.
Proficiency in SQL and data integrity management .
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
