Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute operational, financial, and compliance audits.
- Assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports for management and the Board of Directors.
- Research and resolve technical accounting issues related to revenue recognition, leases, and equity transactions.
- Identify process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Mentor and develop audit team members.
- Collaborate with finance and operations leaders to assess business metrics and compliance.
- Assist with year-end audits and due diligence for acquisitions.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
