What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Solutions Architect position at Adaptive Solutions Group?
Our top client in the eLearning space is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their team! You will play a vital role in supporting our Salesforce initiatives by designing, developing, and implementing solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. Day-to-day includes leading new projects and coordinating new implementations, working closely with stakeholders, gathering requirements, creating process flows, UML, estimating costs, and ensuring change requests support their environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success
- Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform; ability to focus and drive solutions towards “Out of the Box” and minimize extensive customizations.
- Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs
- Experience in detailing business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs

- Shown results in delivering high value business outcomes using a balanced agile approach
- Shown results leading customer success stories
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended
