Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.

We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, key personas, market trends, market landscape and build differentiated positioning and messaging for products and services.

Work closely with sales and development teams to understand and translate technical and product features to benefits-focused messaging.

Develop compelling product feature narratives with clear, consistent and compelling messaging through a strong customer focus lens.

Work with the team to translate the messaging into creative and high-impact customer-facing materials such as solution sheets, infographics, customer emails, social posts, knowledge articles, e-books, case studies and more to communicate success stories and best practices.

Plan and execute new campaigns using effective tools and techniques to maximize market penetration and sales impact.

Gather and analyze campaign data to support agile movement at critical “go left or go right” moments to optimize lead generation.

Conduct market and customer research to understand the industry we are serving, identify trends and uncover opportunities.

Be accountable to both sales and marketing to ensure knowledge is shared, accountability is tracked and successful execution, measurement, feedback and learnings are applied as we learn, adapt and grow.

Set clear, measurable goals, track and take accountability for business results and conduct cross-functional post-mortems to create a cycle of continuous improvement.

Act as a project manager, overseeing the execution of key initiatives in collaboration with creative teams, leadership and external resources.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrate ability to understand and effectively communicate solutions that align with market buyer’s pain points, goals and needs.

Proven experience in marketing or advertising, with a focus on go-to-market positioning messaging, planning, and execution.

Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and Google Analytics.

Experience working cross-functionally between marketing, sales, design and development teams.

Demonstrated successful go-to-market messaging and content creation.

Detail oriented and good eye for effective design.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and still meet or exceed goals.

Manage and potentially attend tradeshows and industry events, as required, for assigned markets and audiences.

Flexibility to meet business needs in other departments as needed.

5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Description :

Walk me through a typical day? Lead the marketing team under the Large Scale Market. This is a division inside the marketing team. Consist of about 4-5 employees currently. Core production messages, sales efforts, provide market intel, and provide customer feedback. There are currently 10 people in the marketing division. This team is broken down into three pillars. 1. Large Scales Market- this team handles all the large clients for Swank (hospital's, schools, prisons, ect) 2. Fast Pace Market- this team handles small events ( campus event, museum event, ect) 3. Digital marketing

Tools & Technology used?  Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint / google analyst, 365 CRM, Hupspot (nice to have, social media platforms, strong communication skills

Project Details :

Why is the position open?  This department is expanding as they have three open marketing roles. Currently a team of 10 people.

Typical Work Week (Hours, Shifts, Flex Time, Work from home etc.)?  Monday- Friday 8am-5 : 00pm / Team will be remote 2 days a week and in office 3.

Any OT expected / required? No

Any Travel? Local travel

Dress Code / Attire?    Business Casual

Interview Process :

How many steps to the process?   1 interview with Kacey in HR / 2 will be in person with three marketing managers / 3. might be a third interview with Swank owners
