About the Company :

This role is for one of our internal companies, a specialized Freight Forwarder providing international freight services to e-commerce companies. With a strong footprint in the sea freight market—especially from Asia—we help online businesses streamline their imports with expert logistics solutions. After an exceptional 2024, we’re gearing up for even bigger growth in 2025 and beyond.

Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Build a new client base of e-commerce companies with ARR of $3M–$15M.
  • Drive FCL & LCL import business from China / Asia to the US.
  • Develop Air Cargo import solutions alongside ocean freight services.
  • Generate proposals and present tailored logistics solutions.
  • Win new logos and strengthen key customer relationships.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts.

Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful

  • 6 years in Freight Forwarding Sales, ideally within e-commerce logistics.
  • Well-versed in the eCom B2B environment in the US—you know the players, trends, and challenges.
  • Deep understanding of logistics products & services (FCL, LCL, Air Cargo).
  • Proven ability to acquire and grow B2B e-commerce accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—closers wanted!
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a remote role.
